Option 1
Probably our most popular option, breaking the pool walls down usually 300mm - 500mm, make drainage holes in the pool floor and fill the swimming pool with selected pool fill, stabilise, place a good layer of top soil on same, then level the area ready for lawn, garden or an artificial lawn.
Option 2
Same as Option 1 using crushed rock instead of selected pool fill.
Option 3
Would be to completely break up the pool shell and take offsite, backfill with selected pool fill or crushed rock.
Option 4 - Resurrection Option
As the cost of a new swimming pool can these days cost up to $100,000 - if you're selling your home it is possible to retain this swimming pool. This is leaving the pool shell intact, fitting a drainage system so pool can be resurrected at a later date.
Option 5 - Watertank Option
It is possible to convert the swimming pool into a water tank by fitting same with a concrete cover which can be driven over as well and covered with either artificial or natural lawn.
This option is also recommended for swimming pools with very limited access.
Option 6 - Granny Flat
This is achieved by fitting concrete supports and building a Granny flat on same.
Option 7 - Sunken Garden
Sunken Garden that creates a wind-free beautifully landscaped entertaining area.
Option 8 - Landscaping
A fully Landscaped garden. We will sit down with you and create your dream garden.
